Return & Refund Policy

At Branded Fabrics, we strive to provide you with the best quality fabrics and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags (if any) intact.
  • We do not accept returns for fabrics that are cut, altered, or customized as per your request.
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or part of Clearance/Offers are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at support@brandedfabrics.in with your order ID and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, you must ship the product to the address we provide. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item shipped by us.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

6. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after they are processed or shipped. For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
